Legends Fight Series brings live MMA to Land of Illusion Adventure Park on Saturday, July 11 presented by U.S. Air Force Special Warfare
Brian Kern vs. Joel “All Day” Aldridge headlines Middletown Mayhem for the inaugural LFS Amateur Lightweight Championship.
Legends Fight Series (LFS) returns to southwest Ohio on Saturday, July 11, when Middletown Mayhem takes over Land of Illusion Adventure Park for a full night of live mixed martial arts under the summer sky. Doors open at 6:00 PM and the first fight begins at 7:00 PM, with a stacked card of professional and amateur bouts building toward a moment the promotion has been waiting for since day one: the crowning of the first champion in LFS history.
In the Amateur Main Event, Brian Kern and Middletown’s own Joel “All Day” Aldridge will square off in the Octagon for the inaugural LFS Amateur Lightweight Championship the first title fight ever contested under the Legends Fight Series banner.
A TITLE FIGHT WORTH FIGHTING FOR
For Brian Kern, this fight is bigger than a belt. The battle tested lightweight has climbed the amateur ranks one hard-earned win at a time, and he has never made a secret of who he does it for: his daughter. Kern has said he dreams of the moment after the final bell not with the gold around his waist, but with his little girl holding her daddy’s title in her arms. On July 11, he gets his chance to turn that dream into a reality.
Standing across the cage is Middletown’s own,Joel “All Day” Aldridge, fighting out of Sacan Martial Arts. Joel is undefeated as an amateur and walks into Land of Illusion as Middletown’s own local legend, a relentless, high-pace lightweight who has earned his nickname by pushing forward every second of every round. With his city behind him and an unblemished record on the line, Aldridge is fighting to make sure the first LFS title never leaves Middletown.
This is the fight that makes the first LFS champion, and it couldn’t be a better matchup. You’ve got Brian Kern, who has fought his way through everybody to get here and fights every round for his daughter, against Joel Aldridge, who is undefeated and has a whole city on his back.

THE PERFECT BACKDROP: LAND OF ILLUSION
There is no fight venue in the Midwest quite like Land of Illusion Adventure Park. Set against the park’s lagoon, lights, and one-of-a-kind scenery, the LFS Octagon sits at the center of an atmosphere fans simply can’t get anywhere else — part fight night, part summer festival.
July 11 marks the second combat sports event at Land of Illusion in as many months. In June, LFS joined forces with Rising Stars Boxing and Team Tory to deliver a professional boxing showcase at the park, headlined by Jeffery Hudson Jr. vs. Edgar Dominguez with a packed crowd that enjoyed the quality food and beverages of the venue. The night set the standard, and Middletown Mayhem is ready to raise it.
The June boxing event showed everybody what combat sports at Land of Illusion can be great fights, great family atmosphere, and entertaining energy you can’t find anywhere else. Bringing the cage in for Middletown Mayhem and a title fight with a Middletown fighter in it? This is going to be a night this city talks about for a long time.

THE LFS EXPERIENCE: MMA FOR EVERYONE
Legends Fight Series has quickly built a reputation for something rare in combat sports: a premium, family-friendly live event where fight fans, first-timers, and kids can all share the same unforgettable night. From the walkouts and production to the matchmaking and the venues themselves, every LFS event is built as a full entertainment experience — loud, electric, and unforgettable.
Fans and media raved about the promotion’s inaugural stadium event at ForeFront Field in the Cleveland area, where a baseball stadium under the lights became one of the most talked-about fight venues in Ohio. Middletown Mayhem brings that same big-event energy to an amusement park with professional bouts featuring Regal Reese vs. Zihier Bailey and Corey Dulaney vs. Elijah Woodruff, a deep slate of amateur matchups, and a championship main event to cap the night.
